The new IX Concierge Service is designed to allow collectors who cannot attend the show access to a limited range of the art on display at the event DURING the live show.
This service will be limited to only 25 customers. If you are interested, please use the form on this page to inquire about the Concierge Service.
In advance of the show, IX Concierge Service customers will be able to select up to 10 artists exhibiting in the IX Main Show. On Thursday, October 19th, we will photograph all works on display by the selected artists and send those images, along with size and price information, to the customers that evening.
Beginning Friday morning, October 20th, Concierge customers will be able to call our special Concierge phone number(s) and purchase artworks. This allows Concierge customers to access and purchase artwork even before weekend attendees have access. (Note that all works are subject to prior sale.)
There is no fee for the Concierge Service, and no limit on the amount of artwork that may be purchased. However, all purchases will include a 25% buyer's premium in addition to appropriate shipping charges. Artwork will either be shipped directly from the show via our IX Shipping Consultant or sent directly by the artists upon their return from the show, at the artists' discretion.
All Concierge purchases MUST be paid for immediately via PayPal.
